Every school has its own address, and every record belongs to one school. A login from one school cannot open another school's data.
The right access
Roles and permissions decide who can see and change what. Parents see only their own children. Salary figures are shown only to those allowed.
A trail of changes
Important actions are recorded with who did them and when, so questions about what happened have an answer.
Books that cannot be quietly changed
A posted accounting entry is never edited or deleted. A mistake is reversed, and both entries stay in the books.

Things schools ask us
Do parents and teachers need to install anything?
No. The parent and teacher portals open in a web browser and are laid out for phone screens.
Can we bring in the students we already have?
Yes. Upload a CSV file. The screen checks every row first and shows any problems before anything is saved. Library books can be imported the same way.
Is each school's data kept separate?
Yes. Each school has its own address and every record belongs to one school. A login from one school cannot open another school's data.
Can we use it with Tally?
The accounting module can export your masters and vouchers as Tally XML. Every Tally setup differs, so we advise your accountant to try the import on a copy of your company first.
What if we make a mistake in the accounts?
Posted entries are never edited or deleted. You reverse the entry, and both stay in the books, so the history is always complete.
